RootLine is not a dental office, medical provider, or periodontist. We do not examine you, diagnose gum disease, recommend treatment for your case, or provide care. Our role is simple: we help you understand the topic in plain language and help you compare licensed periodontists in your area.

How the matching process works

We keep the process simple.

1. You share contact and general request details only through our form. We do not ask for a medical or dental history, medications, or sensitive records.
2. We use that information to help match you with licensed periodontists who may serve your area or needs.
3. You decide who to contact. You can ask questions, compare availability, and confirm the plan and price directly with the provider before agreeing to any treatment.

The matching service is free to you. Participating periodontists pay RootLine a flat fee to be part of the service. That means you do not pay RootLine to be matched.

When we mention costs, we use typical US ranges as general estimates. For example:

• gum graft: often about $600-$1,200 per site
• periodontal flap or pocket-reduction surgery: often about $1,000-$3,000 per area
• bone graft: often about $300-$1,200
• dental implant: often about $3,000-$6,000 per tooth all-in over time

These numbers are not quotes or bids. The actual cost depends on the diagnosis, how many teeth or areas are involved, the provider, insurance, and the area. A quick safety note
