We are not a dental office, dental clinic, periodontist, or medical provider. We do not examine you, diagnose gum disease, recommend treatment for your specific case, or provide care.

If you use our matching form, you share contact and request details only so we can help you connect with participating providers. We do not ask for your medical or dental history, medications, or sensitive records.

You stay in control:
- You compare your options
- You choose whether to contact a provider
- You confirm the treatment plan, timing, and price directly with the provider before any treatment

Costs, estimates, and no guaranteed outcomes

Any prices shown on RootLine are typical ranges and estimates, not quotes or bids. Actual cost depends on the diagnosis, the number of teeth or areas treated, the provider, insurance, and your area.

Examples of common periodontal cost ranges may include:
- Deep cleaning (scaling and root planing): about $150-$400 per quadrant
- Gum graft: about $600-$1,200 per site
- Periodontal flap or pocket-reduction surgery: about $1,000-$3,000 per area
- Bone graft: about $300-$1,200
- Periodontal maintenance: about $115-$300 per visit
- Dental implant: about $3,000-$6,000 per tooth all-in over time

Please do not:
1. Submit false, misleading, or someone else’s contact information without permission
2. Use the site to send spam, abuse providers, or interfere with the service
3. Treat site content as a personal diagnosis or treatment plan

We may update, improve, limit, or remove parts of the site at any time. We try to keep information clear and useful, but we cannot promise every page will always be complete, current, or available.

If you meet with a provider, that relationship is between you and the provider, not between you and RootLine.

Important limits and privacy basics

RootLine’s service is free to people who use it. Participating periodontists pay a flat fee to take part. That payment does not change the fact that you choose who to contact and whether to move forward.

We take a limited-data approach. When you use the site, we may receive the contact and request details you submit, plus basic technical information needed to run the site. We do not ask you to send medical histories, dental histories, medication lists, or sensitive records through the matching form.

Before agreeing to any appointment or treatment, ask the provider about:
- Their recommended next steps after an exam
- Expected visits and follow-up
- Insurance and payment options
- Your estimated total cost
