RootLine is built to be easy to use for people across the US, including new immigrants and non-native English speakers. The goal is simple: clear information, a simple request process, and more confidence when you speak with a specialist.

How the matching process works

Here is the basic process:

1. You share contact and request details. The form asks for basic contact information and general request details only. It does not ask for a medical or dental history, medications, or sensitive records.
2. We use your request to help identify licensed periodontists. Matching is based on practical details such as your location and the kind of help you are looking for.
3. You compare your options. You decide which provider to contact, what questions to ask, and whether you want to schedule a visit.
4. The provider does the clinical part. Only a licensed dentist or periodontist can examine you, diagnose gum disease, explain treatment choices, and give an actual treatment plan.

This means you stay in control the whole time. You are not locked in. You are not agreeing to treatment by asking to be matched. You can take your time, ask questions, and confirm details directly with the provider before any appointment or procedure.

What it costs you

Matching through RootLine is free to you. Participating periodontists pay a flat fee to take part. RootLine does not provide care, and the cost of any exam or treatment is separate.

Treatment prices can vary a lot. The real price depends on the diagnosis, the number of teeth or areas treated, the provider, your insurance, and where you live. That is why RootLine does not give quotes or bids.

Typical US ranges many people see include:

• Deep cleaning (scaling and root planing): about $150-$400 per quadrant
• Gum graft: about $600-$1,200 per site
• Dental implant: about $3,000-$6,000 per tooth all-in over time
• Periodontal flap or pocket-reduction surgery: about $1,000-$3,000 per area
• Bone graft: about $300-$1,200
• Routine periodontal maintenance: about $115-$300 per visit
